The word “Mountain” is a gift to graphic designers. Look at the letter “M” and tell me it doesn’t look like two peaks. The Martinsburg Mountaineers were a Blue Ridge League semi-pro baseball team in the early 20th century. I arrived at a logo of a mountain range which, admittedly, looks more like the Matterhorn than Martinsburg. But still, the solution I found felt right to me.
